It's worth noting that, to date, there has been enough rain. It's important to remember that all the rain that has fallen has been absorbed by the soil, which, after a drought-ridden spring and summer, had a great need for water.
We hope that it will rain yet more. And even better would be if there were a nice snowfall that would clean the plants of parasites, fungus, and damaging insects. It would then melt and fill the soil with water that would help the plants during the summer.
