Treatments For Fungal Diseases In The Vineyards

Earlier this week, we have begun making the first treatments against the fungal diseases Peronospora and Oidium. The seasonal progression of the last few weeks with rain and temperatures above the average has created the preconditions for the development of these adversities. If they are not cured preventively, they will provoke grave damages to the grapes.

In order to reduce the plant protection products to combat these adversities, our winery for years has been using small doses of copper oxychloride and micronised sulphur which have the great advantage of having a limited impact on the environment.
