Cooler Temperatures But Still No Rainfall

In these days, the temperatures have fallen a little bit: the maximums are 32° C. and the minimums have gone down to 17° C. Unfortunately, there is no trace of rainfall on its way, if not for toward the end of the week. But the decrease in the temperatures is a great help to the vines, which pick up again during the night.

We are continuing the work of pruning and we are preventively treating the vines with powdered sulfur (extracted from a mine and therefore as natural as possible) against the fungal disease Oidium.

During the monitoring in the vineyards, we have found the first bunches that are going through véraison; we are two weeks ahead of the average.
