2017 olives harvest has started

The weather keeps being unusual for the month of October, with temperatures far above the average; highs around 18-20°C and lows around 8-10°C.

Meanwhile we have started the manual harvest of our olives for the production of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.


Due to the very warm and dry weather, the production this year will be lower than usual, but the oil has a great quality, a bright green color and a spicy flavor, typical of the newly pressed olive oil.


Once we will finish the harvest we will filter it and bottle a part of the production, while the rest will be kept in stainless steel tanks filled with nitrogen to preserve its quality and characteristics.
