We have finished the work in the fields where we will be planting new vineyards in 2016. We are fertilizing the soil using pelleted manure that is buried in the soil. Organic fertilization is very important: through the years the soil was depleted of organic substances, although there were animals grazing over it and partially fertilizing the soil. This is the only way we have to replenish those substances. In the vineyards we yearly re-integrate the organic substances in the soil using the same pelleted manure.
