Last night, we heard thunderstorms in the distance, the widely announced weather front that was predicted to hit our region came this morning leaving just a few millimetres of water. Temperatures are largely below the average of the season (from 55 to 65°F) due to the south-east wind of Scirocco.
We are currently not working in the fields due to the bad weather conditions. The sowings we did with favino field beans are growing.
The grass is growing more slowly. They both need drier weather to make any real progress.
