The weather is still perfect for this 2015 harvest. The temperatures have risen during the day to 82-84°F (28/29 °C) and in the evening they go down to 66-68°F (19/20 °C), perfect conditions for a perfect ripening and healthy grapes. We are also grateful to the wind which keeps blowing, keeping the grape bunches dry. We are still harvesting the Sangiovese for the Rosso di Montalcino.
